Lick My Balsamic!

The name alone gets your attention, but the food is what makes it stay there. My friend Nas introduced me to Aarons blog awhile back and it never ceases to amaze me. For someone who "cooks for fun", his recipes are amazing. We recently tried his Black Bean Mushroom Cakes/Poached Egg (which i photographed above) & yet again, it did not disappoint.
