More Film has arrived from the road trip. Bryce Canyon/Zion were definitely the coolest places to take in visually. I'd highly recommend a visit sometime in you're life. Honestly doesnt even feel real when you're staring at it.

Im all about paying Slats some kind of "tribute" on a t shirt or fitting beer cozy but these guys didn't even ask permission. I know it happens to all sorts of photographers. But im gonna at least attempt at some kinda compensation. Last i heard they sold out of Cozies and T shirts going for $30 a pop all weekend. This Years Photos By: Kelly O

Home Sweet Home
Finally back in Seattle after the 2 week long haul to Austin and back. Overall, the Roadtrip was a success. Saw so many new things, took a ton of photos, and had a great time with some of my best friends. Thought I'd be returning home to some cooler weather than the southwest yet Seattle surprised us with a week of damn near 100 degree temps. I guess im "used to it" by now. Here are a few more digitals from the Americana Road Trip. Film shots will be coming in over the next few weeks or months (Unless someone wants to help pay $$ to process them faster haha) I was especially excited about the impromptu portrait of Adama aka Dose1 of Anticon fame. I was waiting for my ride home from PDX to Seattle after we returned the RV when i ran into him randomly. Definitely one of my favorite musicians/artists and ended up being a really nice dude.

Americana Roadtrip Continued
We finally arrived in our furthest destination & I must say I LOVE it. Austin is definitely the gem of Texas. The super small towns/people we met on the long haul here were pretty lame and stereotypical but arriving here felt like home. Good people, great food, and some HOT weather. Got a few more digital photos edited from Bryce Canyon, Utah and El Paso Texas. Including a portrait of a few Mexican Children at the Juarez Border Fence. Meeting them and chatting the little we could for a few minutes really makes you appreciate what you have and where you live.
